Purification LPG Plant Standard - Aerosol Propellent Production

Sinteco Srl designs L.P.G. purification systems, systems that remove odours generated by sulphides (butane - propane mix) from L.P.G. (these odours are not compatible with cosmetic propellants).

The purification system absorbs the molecules that generate the characteristic L.P.G. odour, providing a completely odourless product.

Type of the Plants:

PROFESSIONAL PLANT 4 Towers STD = (3.000 : 4.000 Lt/hour)

PROFESSIONAL PLANT 2 Towers STD = (3.000 : 3.500Lt/hour)

COMPACT PLANT 2 Towers = (1.500 : 2.000 Lt/hour)

The  LPG Plant Purification PROFESSIONAL PLANT with 4 Towers of purification, with Process of Molecular Sieves for adsorption , with not regeneration process of the Sieves exhausted.  

Production capacity = 3000-4000 Lt/hour

Temperature of working =  - 40 °C  /  +50°C

Max  Pressure Working   = 18 bar

Design Pressure Test/Project = 25 bar

All the equipments and valves are certificated for use LPG and Certificated CE (PED) and  CE-Atex Law for equipments near to flammable gas  and Flammable/explosion Area.

Steel and Iron ( is  Not  INOX) but are in  high quality  Steel able to contact a LPG in a range of pressure and temperature of the process ( Pressure max 18 bar Temperature -40°C/+50°C) and all Steel Component are Conform to ASTM Rule, Flanges UNI/PN40, Welding  realize with Persons with a  Patent.
